Incredible setting near to restaurants and shopping, supermarkets and restaurants, and both city center and train station.

Couldn't find shower.

came in la spezia to explore new places, this apartment was great base for making it happen. all in all everything was superb, as a bonus i received ironing free of charge. location was marvellous, about 15 mins walk to technical naval museum at la spezia.

The apartment had a fantastic location, close to the train station and within easy reach of restaurants and supermarkets. The spaciousness of the apartment was a great advantage, especially for our family of 7. Additionally, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. There were broken and missing items, such as a shower door and kitchen towels.

beautiful apartment with nice design and early check in. superb service and informative staff too. the beds were spacious, tasteful furniture, and the rooms were beautiful. garden was nice and view was exceptional.
